Love on a Leash® strives to keep membership fees low while supporting all our volunteers nationwide with insurance, educational literature, and personalized service.
AS OF JAN 1ST, 2026 — Unfortunately, Love on a Leash® has also been impacted by economic realities, inflation, and rising postage, manufacturing, and labor costs. After much discussion, the Board made the difficult decision to increase our fees. The updated fees became effective Jan 1st, 2026. Any applications postmarked after 12/31/25 will need to be submitted with the new fees in order to be processed, regardless of application version submitted.

$100.00(includes new ID cards), additional pets and/or handlers $25 each
*It is the member's responsibility to renew annually. We offer a one month grace period, after which there is a $15 late fee per team. Memberships that lapse for a full year are deactivated and must re-certify if they wish to resume visits.
